One of the most important parts of selling products and services on your website is to give visitors a reason to come back over and over again.  Yes, you can write interesting tips, give out good information, but sometimes you simply need something extra on your website than none of your competition have.  For example we built a website for a real estate agent in Naples Florida (Linda Kane) and she is amazed how many comments she gets from potential clients about the local information we put on her website.  They talk about how they were able to find a hotel, restaurants, rent a car, find golf courses and even movies playing in the local area all from Linda's sites.  People often tell her that her willingness to make sure their trip to the local area here in Florida was easy that it became one of the primary reasons they contacted her when they wanted to buy a home.

Another example is Snead Cataract.  They use their website to win phrases such as "Cataracts Fort Myers" in Google.  But early on they realized that it might be hard to get people to keep coming back over and over again to an eye care site.  And so they asked our advice.  We suggested local information (Look at the right hand side of their website) and now they get golfers, bowlers, people wanting to go to the movies coming to their website all the time.  Does it convert to sales?  Do golfers, bowlers and people watching movies need good eye sight?  In fact, their website gets an average of 2,500 people a month.  Many of these people come back over and over again and tell their friends about this great website that contains all kinds of fun things to do in town.

And since Google tracks whether or not people come back a second and third time these visitors help to push our client to the top of Google's rankings. (Smile)
